Celebrate the joy of art and wellness at the Crocker with this Museum-wide community event. Enjoy Crocker favorites like Meditation and Yoga in the galleries, as well as other wellness experiences facilitated by community partners. Mindfully explore art on view and hear from local organizations about the work they do to promote health and wellness in our community.

Yoga in the ballroom with Angie Franklin of AfroYoga.
Mindful movement in the ballroom with Patricia Staines.
Meditation in the Early California galleries with Matthew Roselli and Teresa Davis.
Creative artmaking in the studios with Amy Vidra.
Expressive writing in the Asian galleries with John Crandell.
Slow-looking tours throughout the Museum with Crocker docents.
